My son loves the Squid, but honestly doesn't play with the sub much. The squid is his favorite bath toy.

We Love this toy and have many of the other mega rigs as well. This one is one of our favorites. When I brought it home my 3 year old son wanted a bath immediately! It was only 10 in the morning, but who cares! He plays with it daily in and out of the tub. He loves that the pieces of all the mega rigs are all interchangable and he can create tons of different vehicles. The only slight complaint I have is that he uses the sub so much we go through Tons of AA batteries!!! We have had NO problems ... Read More

My son is almost five and he loves the squid that is part of this set. It has suction cups on each of it's tentacles and you can make it stick to windows, the bathtub or parts of the boat. I'm not sure why it is made so that the tentacles can come off though and we have already lost one tentacle. The batteries wear out quickly and It never really powered the boat. It sort of sluggishly circled. Despite what I think of the toy, Conor loves it and that is the important thing. I think it looks too plasticky ... Read More
