What hooked me on the show was that the 2 main charactors loved and needed each other. Although the family are a bunch of con artists, they would do anything for each other & show it all the time. Plus it's written beautifully.

This is by far the best show ever aired on FX. The cast is great, Eddie Izzard, and Minnie Driver deserve emmies for thier performances, and the kids that co-star are also incredible. A must watch if you didn't catch it on FX. I hope they bring the DVD set out.

I love this show. Best series I've seen in years. The whole cast is great. I can't wait for it to come out on DVD and I'm impatiently looking forward to next season.

Great plot, good acting, and it's not losing any steam yet. I'm surprised this show didn't get as big a following as 'Weeds' or 'Big Love' - it definitely beats them in terms of originality, characters, and sheer entertainment value. Definitely worth watching, but bear in mind it's not for kids. Enjoy!

Of the New shows on TV in 2007 the winner has to be (by far) "The Riches" this is a fascinating ADULT AUDIENCE ONLY (absolutely not for kids or for those easily offended!!!!) "Soap Opera-Drama-Comedy" Played expertly by an incredible ensemble cast lead by Minnie Driver (who is "Smokingly Sexy"), and Eddie Izzard.
