We got this for our granddaughter last xmas. Seven months later it is still working perfectly and gets nearly daily use. My only complaint would be the expense of keeping printer ink to print all her masterpieces!

I BOUGHT THIS TOY FOR MY FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, SHE COULD NEVER USE IT BECAUSE HP DOES NOT READ THE USB CONECTION FOR THIS GAME. I TRIED IT IN 2 OTHER COMPUTERS AND DIDNT WORK BECAUSE OF THE 64 BITS VIDEO YOU NEED.

I am astonished by how awful this product functions. While we did not have install problems at all, we did experience major disappointment while using it. Why? The stylus and the screen aren't matched well. You draw on the "paper" (the white board on the unit) as my son calls it and nothing stays in place on the screen. My six year old received this as a gift. After spending countless hours trying to install the software and make it work, I have given up. Customer service was no help. They assured me that it was my computer that wouldn't work and not the product. I have recently tried it on another computer and still find that it doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

This a wonderful toy. Very easy to use my 5 & 8 yr old love to use it. I was afraid of buying the studio because of some of the bad reviews. But if was very simple to install had no problems at all, and I am not very computer savvy. Highly recommended.
