Gene is a radio singer for a program sponsored by an oil company which turns out to be a stock promotion fraud. Among it victims is an orphanage run by a lovely girl. Gene and his sidekick Frog Millhouse team up with a Mexican Robin Hood and together they expose the cooks and save the orphanage.
