To put it very simply; Yes, the shirt was nice when I unpacked it. However when I washed it for the first time it SHRANK. So much so that it barely fit. I had to stretch it back out to get it to fit again. The material also isn't very soft. The cotton has a very "coarse" feeling to it, it's not comfortable, and the shirt looks deformed after stretching it back out.
Stick with an officially licensed shirt from DC.

My husband loved this shirt! The only bad thing was that the first time I washed it, the bottom hem came out and the thread wrapped around several other items in the wash! I still need to redo the hem. That's annoying for a brand new shirt.
