I was one of those kids who watched "Lost in Space" in complete amazement and awe when it first hit the airwaves. Ever since I was a little boy I wanted a toy Jupiter 2 to play with ( I even resorted to making one out of "Play-Doh"). Finally, in 1998, Trendmasters saw fit to fulfill my dream... with mixed results.
The exterior of the toy profiles fairly faithfully to the larger television model ( there were several different size filming models used in the series, and they didn't all match each other exactly ). Pretty faithful reproduction of the Jupiter II from the classic Lost In Space show. I got this when it first came out, and have been very pleased. In addition to the 3 figures (too bad they didn't make any of the womenfolk...) there is also a shuttle pod, lights, and sound effects. Never dreamed it would someday go for $300...
