The mic on my DS Lite inexplicably broke. I have no idea why; I've never dropped it on anything hard; it just broke one day. Anyway, for the next few months, I made due with Nintendo's absolutely horrible headset, until I got this set for my birthday in February. The microphone is absolutely great; works perfectly with all my mic games, and based on the playback in games like Star Fox Command, the audio quality is better. Head phones and mic work great. The mic on our DS stopped sorking and htis external mic works like a champ.

Purchased for use with Guitar Hero on tour. Guitar grip and headphone jack do not fit next to each other so I connected headphone jack then shoved the grip on. All in all it worked.

My daughter loves the headphones, they make it easier to blow into the mic, hear whats going on and continue looking at the computer screen. I would reccomend this product.

I only use them to hear the game out of it. The mic feature of it does not work properly. The games I have that you need to use it for whatever reason cannot understand me clearly. Once I remove the headset and try again it works just fine. I still say it is worth the money however, especially if you want a headset simply for your DS.
