Editorial Review:
Amazon.com: Roy attempts to foil an operation headed by criminals Barcroft and Strange to smuggle wanted American criminals from the United States into Mexico using soybean oil cans and trucks. Border Patrol Officer Tom Sharper (Clayton Moore) tries to stop one of the smugglers trucks, but is seriously wounded and left for dead. The two criminals decide to dump the live cargo off a cliff to eliminate any evidence of their operation, and then rob a bank, leaving a dazed Sharper at the bank to take the blame. Roy jumps in to clear his friend's name, catch the smugglers, and still manages to romance Gail Davis (TV's Annie Oakley).
