My son really wanted this movie...basically it is his memorial service. My son thought he was getting a Steve Irwin Croc Hunter type show...it's not bad...it's just not what we thought.

We don't have cable/satellite so I didn't get to see this on TV. I was so happy to find this at Netflix. This is such a special opportunity to get to be a part of such a touching memorial of a one-of-a-kind man. There will never be another like him. He really did change our world. I was prepared to cry while watching this video, since it's a memorial service, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself laughing as well. The "flub" clips and the like were welcome reminders of the other side of Steve--the fun-loving practical joker, and other clips showed the passionate Wildlife Warrior. The interviews included on the DVD were an unexpected bonus that answered a lot of questions for me.

Steve Irwin was one of the greatest people that the world has ever known. This DVD reflects that. Be prepared to cry, no matter who you are.

I ordered and received 2 dvd copies of Steve Irwin's Memorial Tribute. One was a gift to my best friend and the other for my household. I played my dvd and part way through, it stalled. There's an error on the disc but since it's opened, I can't return it. I haven't played it since, although I would love to. So -- missing more of Steve is appropriate.
