If you are looking for a sharply written Western in the modern day style, even in the Louis L'Amour style, don't go here. It's not what you get....
The writing is dated (1936,) the story is dated and the characters are all cliches..But, having said that, I wouldn't take anything for having read it, and I will read it again---everytime I want to "Return to those thrilling days of yesteryear...."
