One of the first games we bought when our 7 year old received her DS. Little reading involved. Lots of dishes to make. She enjoys this game.

I gave my 10 year old son this game and a DS for his birthday; it was the perfect starter game and the price was right (<$15). I learned later Cooking Mama 2 allows 2 players. I was concerned that the game might be just for girls, but it is not.

This is a very nice game for kids and my kids love it. Very fast shipping..

At first I was annoyed with this game because I wasn't making anything. I'm still not so good at making certain things in the game but in real life of course it's easier. This game is challenging and fun.

It's fun but it gets boring after awhile. It is my 5th DS game and ranked 4th out of my collection. I prefer Mario Kart and Nintendogs: Chihuahua & Friends.
