The Turtles first-ever game for the Genesis is one rollicking adventure. When Shredder steals the precious Hyperstone and makes plans to shrink New York City, the pizza-loving reptiles known as the Ninja Turtles are on the scene. Take your pick from all four Turtles, and then trudge through five massive levels of intense challenges and malicious enemies. Each level has three separate stages, and each of the Ninja Turtles has his own special moves to take out the trash. Slice your way through 3D environments, eventually earning showdowns with Leatherhead, Stone Warrior, Tatsu, Krang, and others. Bring your toughest shell for this one; youre going to need it.

I was one of those Nintendo fans who wouldn't have anything to do with anything Sega all those years back, but those days are behind me and thanks to emulation these days on PC I'm finding so many cool games I never knew existed from the days of yesteryear.
This is pretty much another version of Turtles in Time found on the Arcade and SNES. A sequel to the original TMNT ARCADE smash hit.

An awesome, awesome game that was overlooked due to the SNES game, Turtles in Time. Although its not as good as Turtles in Time, its certainly very, very good and worthy a purchase. The game does include a two-player mode, which is the best way to enjoy this game. You are limited to playing as the four turtles, Leonardo (Blue with katana/sword), Donatello (Purple with Bo), Michaelangelo (Orange with Nunchuck), and Rapheal (Red with Sai/Fork-like objects).
