Description: Based on a hit video game. The planets are on the brink of war, but the only thing hard-woring, hard-drinking, all-American cargo hauler James Links wants is to reconcile with his estranged family, but when he discovers a fearsome weapon aboard his carrier ship Ender, the entire links clan is plunged into mystery, murder, and mayhem!

One of the best anime series I have ever seen. The story is phenomenal. It makes you think. Its not just battles and pointless killing. Its a great plot line about family, freedom, and struggling to make it in a cruel world; or worlds in this case. If you like a good story and appreciate these qualities in an anime, then I highly recommend you check this one out.

I was really hoping it would play along with the stories in the first and 2nd zone of enders games but it goes into a barely related plot. There are traces of relations to the game but not enough; for example, Viola is in the movie but barely gives any info about her and at the end of the movie it shows her going to earth and that's it! I have to be honest, I have yet to see the game. However, after reading the synopsis of the show, I decided I had to check it out. The intrigue and enjoyment of the show is the ideas behind adding a human factor to the characters. All come together through the typical dysfunctional values of family and charge head first into what ever presents ... Read More

Althought both video games were excellent do not confuse them with the anime. I recently purchased Zone of the the Enders with the hopes that it would have some of the same qualities that made the game so great. The movie (first disc) acts as an intro to the series then, is preceded by 5 discs of episodes. The movie was boring and to make matters worst the series is even worst. Making the orbital frame sound like a 13 year old little girl and making our hero a senior citizen is just scratching the surface ... Read More
