An external hook-up renders it compatible and connectible with most gaming consoles, as well as video cameras, digital cameras, cable boxes, VCRs and more. A built-in headphone jack makes it compatible with most roommates. It works best in dark rooms or backyard summer cinema parties, anyone, and projected onto a light-colored wall or ceiling. We set up the projector in the back yard using a sheet as the screen and it worked great. The sound is a little low which is the only issue. The picture is also a bit grainy if you try to enlarge the screen too much.

Quick Delivery and great price. This is great for the price. The quality is pretty good for showing family DVDs or if the kids are playing games. If you are looking for something high quality, this is not what you're looking for. But I use it for family gatherings and it is a huge hit. My kids also use it to play their video games and they love it.

I bought this toy after I have read the reviews so I was ready for the poor resolution issue. My son still liked it but we were only able to watch 1 DVD before the controls failed. I packed the unit and returned it back to the store for refund.

I purchased two of these electronics devices in October 2006, one for my 15 year old son in Oregon for his use and one which he brought to me during his visit in December 2006 to Argentina where I now live. He loves his and uses it in almost every room of the house. I take mine with me when I travel to remote places and towns all over Argentina so as to be afforded the pleasures of my DVD library and for friends to watch with me. We bought the Zoombox for our 2 boys last Christmas, and they have loved it every day since then. It just now needs a bulb replacement, so I am going to the hardware store to get a new one. From what I've read online it's inexpensive & easy to replace.
It projects a very acceptable image onto a wall or the ceiling, so the kids can watch their movies before they go to sleep, or they can project the Xbox games while they play.
