Product Description: Little is known about the man known as Logan whose past remains shrouded in mysterey. The feral warrior, code-named Wolverine, possesses genetically endowed animal-keen senses of smell, sight and hearing, as well as a mutant healing factor that can mend almost any wound. His deadiest weapons are his razor-sharp, extendible claws and skeleton both made of unbreakable metal alloy called Adamantium. However, with these abilities comes a curse, a bezerker rage that he must forever struggle to control. Now Logan must contain the beast raging within while he battles to protect a world that fears and hates him! WARNING: contains small parts not for children under 3 years.

This Wolverine is a dead on with the current costume in the comics.I just have problem with its proportion: Body is too small,Its feet is too flat. Its like Wolverine on a girly diet.I have the unmasked version because I like the head sculpt....so what I did was to customise it with the body of the old Tiger stripe Wolverine from the X-men line, and put some steel claws and the result was an awesome Unmasked Wolverine version.

Yes, it seems to be a recurring theme in the reviews for this figure, but it's a correct assessment: the Astonishing X-Men costumed Wolverine figure is tiny. Darn tiny. From a collectability standpoint, it would be dwarfed by the other Marvel Legends Wolverine figures, and thus look very out of place set among its counterparts, almost as if it were from another line of Marvel figures. Granted, Wolverine the character is supposed to be shorter than average, but the figure isn't just shorter than ... Read More

Mine has the loose waist too, but its not that much of an issue, it will stay how it's posed. I snagged the Unmasked version, but am going back for the regular one as well. he is a little small, but in good proportion to other ML figures, especially like Sasquach and Maestro Hulk (from the same series), and Omega Red from Series X, whom I have him grappling with.
It is still a great Wolverine, though I agree that the four-letter words in the comic book are a bit unnecessary.

I just bought this wolverine action figure & to be honest this was my first wolverine toy in my life & to me its really cool! specially the claws you can widen them by putting your fingers in the middle of the claws so that they would look more of kinda extreme! The action figure give 30 to 32 POA ,like other wolverine owners they all complain about the waist. well quess what! I have an idea in fixing it! in fact I've already done it to my figure just us mighty bond (or any super glue ,preferable ... Read More

While the Astonishing X-Men Wolverine outfit is cool, it didn't demand a figure when there are so many other characters who are figure-worthy. It's a good figure - the main beef is that he's smaller. Wolverine should be short and stocky, but this figure is simply reduced in size. Don't believe me? Just compare the size of his cloned daughter, X-23, to Wolverine. They're the same height and her head is bigger. Usually this series respects proportionate sizes but in this case the wolverine looks too petite. ... Read More
