We got this for my 21 month old daughter. We are expecting a new baby next month. We figured this would help her understand the new change that will be happening in our family. We will be giving her the baby and the baby accessories in the hospital. So far she just loves the doll house. It is amazing how she uses her imagination with it. The big style pieces are excellent for her age. I love that we can purchase other accessories later so it will keep her attention.

I bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter. I had purchased a Barbie Dollhouse for her older sister and she called me one day and wanted a dollhouse for her room. My First Dollhouse is just perfect for a 2 year old. All the pieces are just the right size for her hands. It's a lot more durable than the Barbie House for the older granddaughter. I recommend it for any little girl.

I bought this for my 2 year old and she loves it - my 4 yr old son also likes it. The people are a great size for little hands and the house is big, not too big. Only thing is that you don't want to buy too much of the extra furniture, because it will not all fit in the house at the same time. This was a litte frustrating for my daughter - as she wanted all the stuff in the house. I ended up putting 2 of the extra sets away for awhile. My daughter got the dollhouse for her second birthday and she has played with it almost every day for the last six months. She even takes the Mommy, Daddy, and Baby into the bath with her every night. We added the TV room set and the pet set and she couldn't be happier. She practices her language skills with all the characters and it has helped tremendously with potty communication.

As other reviewers have stated this is a wonderful first dollhouse. We bought this as a Christmas gift almost a year ago when my daughter was 20 months old. She loved it then and still plays with it every single day almost a year later. I also love the additional furniture sets you can purchase to go along with this set. Very cute, durable and great for toddlers. I highly reccomend this set!!! It is well worth the money.
