The set is called "The Ultimate Collection." I wouldn't call it that, but it plays it's purpose if you just want to be able to see all of his Hong Kong movies. Essentially, this set contains four actual films and one stinky pile of crap. I think it would be easier to explain what I mean if I review each movie individually. I will give each film a rating from 1 (*) to four (****) stars.

Bruce Lee Ultimate Collection (The Big Boss / Fist of Fury / Way of the Dragon / Game of Death / Game of Death II)
Excellent product with very clear video and dts 5.1 sound. Though the sound in some scenes are not very clear but subtitles supplements it.

This dvd collection is alright! I would give it 3.5 stars out of 5 stars! Well, 3 stars go to the 1st 3 dvds: 'The Big Boss', 'Fist of Fury' and 'Way of the Dragon'. The half-star goes to 'Game of Death'. It got only a half star because the movie was never finished when Bruce Lee was alive. Other than that, I could've ... Read More

This was not quite the ultimate collection, I think that the ultimate would include "Enter The Dragon". But for the most part it was a nice set to purchase.

Back in 1984, I had only heard of Bruce Lee and seen snipets of his films via Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon. In 1993, I saw Enter The Dragon for the first time and was hooked from day one!
I used to have these same films on the original Bruce Lee - The Master's Collection but this one is actually better because it comes with the original chinese (cantonese) dialog with english subtitles on his first three films! Plus, many scenes that were originally cut from the American versions of The ... Read More
