It's nice to see Peter Lore in a comedie. With the exception of Casablanca it seems like he was always in really serious, crime movies so I enjoyed watching him stretch his wings as an actor. I bought this movie because I'm a big Lon Cheny Jr. fan and he does not disappoint either. The main character is a very, very young Bob Hope who made me laugh out loud several times during the course of the film. My dad liked it because he's an Alan Ladd fan.
