Ahh...the old classics...the well known scifi stars of today ... caught in the infancy of their careers... made when movies relied more on angle, lighting, ACTING..than on computers and special effects. A real treat for a lover of scifi in any generation.

Since there have been several complaints about the viewing quality, IF you play it on a newer DVD player that can upscale or upconvert, then the quality improves greatly except on the special features which somehow still look like VHS quality. If you choose to listen to the selected episodes that have a commentary feature I think you will appreciate this series much more and realize how special it really is. I recall watching these on television when i was about 9 or 10 years old. Now my son who's also 10 and I are enjoying them. He loves the twilight zone, i didn't watch the black and white twilight zone too much, my brother did, but that will be my next purchase. I'm sure my son will love those too ... awesome set. ~ :o)

This series are great. I enjoy seen them over and over. I found many of the advises from the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people in these series. They also brought back many of the old memories. I love them. It's too bad they don't come with subtitles in English and Spanish. I have relatives who speak Spanish and they used to watch these series in Mexico. I hope they will publish them at least with subtitles in Spanish I know many people would buy them.

I enjoyed the episodes. A glut of ghost type stories, but interesting nevertheless. Just as with the originals, there are some chapters that are better than others, and some that are just plain weak.
