Bought this as a Christmas toy for my 8-yr-old son so he could play with his action figures on it. He LOVES it and plays with it almost everyday. It is made of solid wood and, overall, is sturdy. The branches do come out occasionally but go right back into place (I believe it is made to disassemble easily if needed).
