My boys love this game. The 3 of them faught over it so much I ended up buying another. My 3rd grader breezes right through the problems, but still enjoys playing. Even my 3 year old likes to play. He doesn't understand, but he tries very hard to get the right answer. He just loves Batman. I bought the game for my 8 year old son when he was first introduced to multiplication in second grade, and it motivated him to learn his tables, so he could conquer the challenges, and validate what he was ... i bought a Batman leapster game. I thought it was brand new. It was not. I had to give it as a christmas gift. But it worked find.

Batman is a little hard when it comes to the middle of the game.
I sometimes have my parents help me with that part of the game and I still
can't figure it out. I am good at my math skills,but in this part of the game I don't know if I jump,press the B button,or press the A button.
A similar Leapster game is "Second Grade." That game is excellent for
third,fourth,and fifth graders. I prefer playing "Second Grade" instead of
"Batman."

You have to get this game for your leapster, and if you don't have one yet, get the whole system! It's just awesome! My five-year-old LOVES, LOVES, LOVES this game. Although it's meant for 4th graders, he has no problems with the math questions which all have to be answered prior to going to the next level. It has all of Batman's villans - the Joker, Mr. Freeze, Cluemaster, etc. The math questions get harder on the higher levels and I about passed out when my five-year-old was learning about Scalene ... This is a fantastic game!! My kids loved playing with it plus it teaches math. Luckily, we didn't have to pay full price because we bought it on ebay.
