I am an amateur guitarist for several years now with a special liking towards rock-blues, jazz- blues guitarists. Robben Ford fits my taste. He can easily impress anyone with similar tastes. His guitar work is superb!

Robben Ford is a wonderfully fluid and stylish player. He is also very likable. This DVD showcases that admirably. It also showcases his one weakness which is his thin nasal vocals. This is one reason I pray every day that Larry Carlton never sings. Try as he will Ford just can't pull off the blues vocal believably which is not to cut short his melding of a blues/jazz riff based idiom.

I've been a Robben Ford fan since he released "The Inside Story" LP back in the early 80's. About a year ago I was browsing amazon's music DVD's and I found and ordered this DVD. I play it the moment it arrives and I'm am elated to finally see this brilliant guitarist perform. I agree with all the other reviews that this is a finely produced DVD with good camera work, great audio, and a fine back up band. I would describe Robben's playing style as jazz-tinged blues. I would LOVE to hear this concert. Unfortunately, the disk was defective. I sent it back and got a 2nd one, which was also defective, so I gave up. Hope I get to hear it someday!

Robben Ford is in fine form on this set from about 5 years back. Great rhythm section lays it down expertly so Robben can do his thing. Also a nice interview on the DVD. Favorite track: Nothin' to Nobody.
