After searching for this movie ("High Risk") on DVD for YEARS, I found one five years ago at a store. Upon playing it I was shocked that anyone would sell a DVD with such poor quality - it looked like a third-generation VHS tape copy that had been recorded off the TV stations. When I saw this newer release at Amazon.com I bought it and.... it was definitely better than the old one but it was still on the lower end of the video quality scale.
