I have no idea if this works with the newer, slim-line PS2s, but I know for a fact it doesn't work for the older models. It says it nowhere on this page, nowhere on the box, nowhere in the instruction manual. The only time you find out that the $25 product won't work for you is when you call the customer service number. Not only that, but my system has not worked properly since trying to run the software. The Action Replay Max works great if you have a game that is already included in the pre-loaded list on the DVD. However, if your game is not on that pre-loaded list, you might be out of luck, so double check BEFORE you buy it. I purchased the Action Replay Max to help me get the "Super License" on Grand Turismo 3, but that game was not pre-installed. I found the "master codes" and the related cheats on CodeJunkies, but the Action Replay Max program would not accept them no matter how many times ... Read More

Works great! I am using the AR Max to transfer edits from my Fire Pro PS2 game to the Fire Pro Club site on line and downloading others edits to my PS2 system. I have had no problems at all with it. AR Max does exactly what it is supposed to do.

PS2 Action Replay with 16 Meg Memory
This has been a great buy and I have enjoyed it very much

This product has been satisfactory, thus far, but I had some difficulty in getting Action Replay MAX to recognize any of my 3 USB flash drives. This was a big problem, as the only reason I bought this program was to copy save games from the internet to my memory cards. Anyway, after doing some sleuthing on the web, I came across some instructions that worked perfectly for me on the first try!
