The treehouse is very sturdy and the price on Amazon, plus Amazon Prime free shipping, made it an affordable yet big-toy purchase. I purchased this tree house for my daughter's 4th birthday. It took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble, the instructions were pretty clear. Within 5 minutes of playing with it, the large bucket had the handle come off. I continued to fix it, but the holes into which the wire go into the bucket do not go all of the way through.
