With 22 tracks from 4 Barbie movies, this CD is probably the best value of the Barbie soundtracks, as well as having music from (in my opinion) the best Barbie movie so far, Princess and the Pauper. In addition to songs from the movies, there are also very light, child-appropriate pop tracks that while sometimes overly sugary, will stick in your head and grow on you if you're not careful. My girls have watched most of the Barbie movies and really enjoyed them. Now the CD has been a hit in the house among all of us. My 6-y/o has also learned to read the words out of the jacket and sing along!!

I bought this CD (as well as the Island Princess CD) for my 5 year old daughter. She loves the songs from the Princess and the Pauper, although there's a lot of talking in some of the songs (she doesn't seem to mind). She's not too crazy about the second half of the CD, which are classical songs from the other movies. Overall, it's a nice CD for the car.

My five-year-old daughter loves the Barbie movies, so this was an easy sell as far as she was concerned. A couple of songs are so pretty and have such well-written lyrics, I find myself singing along, too.

The disc mostly contains songs from the "Princess and the Pauper" movie with a few songs from Barbie's other princess titles (Rapunzel, Nutcracker, and Swan Lake). The songs are very catchy and my girls (and their mom) have been known to belt out a few of the tunes in the car. I gave it to the girls for Valentine's Day, and we have played it daily in the car since. It is a soundtrack you can listen to over and over again. Moms will enjoy it, too.
