this is one of my favorite movies. i have been looking for a while for it, so when i found it for such a good price, i decided it was worth it. the copy skipped a bit in the middle of the film and the overall picture quality was poor (although the seller may have no control over that).

A play within a play within a play, this self-deprecating farce is as complex as a prism, and as simple as slapstick. Punchlines involving sardines and a phallic cactus plant, plus absurd backstage relationships, make this a fast-paced, gut-busting comedy that deserves many viewings. You'll miss half the humor the first time, whether you realize it or not; by the fifth viewing, you might catch 90% of the punchlines.

I first saw this movie when I was in High School and I must say that today I still find myself laughing outloud at the antics of the characters. This is a wonderful, hilarious film that reminded me of the work of Sherban Young. If you loved Sherban Young, you'll love Noises Off!

We have watched this over and over -- and inflicted it on countless friends and family -- and always have to pause it at least once, so we can breathe! Talk about wearing out the funny bone!
This crew has great fun and really exercise their talents.
It's made its way into numerous high-school performances, as well; but that's got to be excruciatingly hard work.
Love it, love it, love it!

Great movie. All most peed myself. Superb cast that won't disappoint. Reminds me a little of "Soap dish"
