Both DVD's in this set are supposed to be double-sided; mine are both only one-sided. I'm missing the sides with the cartoons I really desired to view: Superman, Little Lulu, Woody Woodpecker and Little Audrey. I feel very ripped off and frustrated whenever I use this DVD. I wouldn't recommend taking a chance on it.

It seems the only hope to sell this DVD is by adding "tags" when users search for other cartoons that have NOTHING to do with these PD junk.
These are old Public Domain Cartoons of very low quality. They have been passed around for years on VHS to make a quick buck and now on DVD.
Not worth buying.

Just bought the DVD at a local discount store and was surprised at what I've seen thus far. The extras: Humpty Dumpty, The Three Bears, Mary's Little Lamb... was worth the price I paid for the 2 disc set. I go back to a time when Saturday mornings had real cartoons. Before "Looney Tunes" and "Rocky" took over. As a matter of fact, it wasn't just Saturday mornings... it was every morning!!!

The treasures include the Betty Boop cartoons, the Felix the Cat in color, and the early Popeye cartoons (before Paramount made him into a scat singer). These are absolutely wonderful. There's a lot of junk here too, what whaddya expect for the price? $5.50 at Wal-Mart; didn't see it at any dollar stores in my area, but anyway, my only real gripe is that "Popeye For President" (oddly, the very first of the 60 toons here) is taken from such a horrifically degraded print that it's almost unwatchable. ... I Know Its Really Worth A Dollar In Most Stores. I Liked This DVD Though It Had Poor Quality. Then I Said, I Dont Care, This Is How My Mom And Dad Used To Watch These On Saturday Morning In The 60's. Speaking Of My Mom And Dad, They Enjoy Watching This DVD Set Because It Brings Back Memories To Them! They Enjoy Felix The Cat, Little Audry, Betty Boop And More. My Personal Favorites Are Popeye And Little Lulu.
