The product itself was fine, but it was pronounced "lost in the mail" when it took over a month just to get to my friends house in L.A. It was a birthday gift and I really wanted it to get there (at least within a two week window). What really got me angry was had I not sent a query to Amazon, I never would have known it was lost. In fairness, they did credit me the full cost of the purchase, but at $10-- woo-hoo, thanks for nothing, Amazon.
