This DVD is not worth the money. First, the release date on amazon is 2006 but on the actual DVD it says 2003, you can see that it is not up to date. The sound quality is not good at all, I turned up my TV almost full blast and still has a hard time understanding what she was saying. Also, the instructor is not very clear and she only does the moves once, so it is very hard to catch on. It actually gets alittle boring after about 4 moves are done.
