Description:
This epic network television mini-series brings to life the precarious existence of early Christianity. The new movement is beset by violent opposition from without and constant turmoil from within. Two key leaders emerge--Peter and Paul--who struggle to keep the faith alive. This dramatic presentation follows the pair, together and separately, through three epochal decades. Included are the stoning of Stephen, the road to Damascus, their encounter in Jerusalem, their conflicts over how the word of Christ should be spread. Paul's travels to Asia Minor and Greece, Peter and Paul's clashes over Jewish law, and Peter's decision to follow in Paul's courageous footsteps. The drama concludes in Rome in approximately A.D. 64 with the beheading of Paul and the crucifixion of Peter under Emperor Nero.

WE SAW THIS MOVIE ON ONE OF OUR LOCAL CHANNELS. WE COULD NOT FIND IT UNTIL ONE DAY I WAS ON YOUR SITE AND LOW AND BEHOLD THERE IT WAS. MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOY THIS MOVIE BECAUSE OF THE STORY OF OUR LORD THROUGH PETER AND PAUL. ANY CATHOLIC SHOULD ENJOY THIS MOVIE, ALSO.

I have seen this video before, and am now presently sharing it in a jail ministry God gave to me. It is a very good video, to help others that have not seen this kind of movie to Grasp what and how or faith got started through Men God chose. I rate this movie. 10 stars but you only have five so I got to go with just five.

I saw the incredible journey of Peter & Paul from the Bible in a television miniseries many years ago. This story is very captivating, and it reminds us of the impact these two followers of Jesus had on the Church nearly 2,000 years later. The DVD was in excellent condition and highly recommened for everyone. I promise you will be amazed.
