Product Description: Can you help Poppa complete his pizza with Poppa's Pizza Pile Up Game by International Playthings? Or will the pizza topple over before all the toppings have been added? Players take turns rolling the dice and placing cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and pepperoni pieces onto the pizza pie. If you cause the pizza to tip and some of the toppings fall off, you lose. The player who can outlast all the other opponents wins the game. For advanced play you can take Poppa off his base and he wobbles around even more while holding the pizza. 2-4 Players Ages 4+

It looked like it would be such a fun game. VERY DISAPPOINTING. It really isn't possible to get more than 2 or 3 pieces on the pizza (if that.)
My 4 yr. old actually started crying and my 7 yr old was so frustrated. I don't understand why Int'l Playthings didn't figure this out before they put it on the shelf?!

I got this for my 9 year old son and my 4 year old daughter to play with together. It is a lot of fun. Mom and Dad even get in on the action and we all laugh when it tips. Good family entertainment.

Poppa's Pizza Pile Up This game is well designed to frustrate anyone who plays it. It is almost impossible for an adult, much less a child, to balance the ingredients. The pizza very quickly falls off the figure's finger no matter how careful the players are. Sorry I bought it.

This game doesn't last very long. There are only so many pieces you can pile on the pizza before the game is over. No game lasts more than a few minutes. My 4 year old likes it, but it isn't worth buying.

If you pre-heated the oven for your four year old, then gave her some dough, sauce, and mozzarella, she'd stand a better chance of making a pizza than by playing this impossible game. The toppings have to be perfectly balanced in order to stay on the way too slick surface of the crust. They need to be in the exact center of the playing surface, too, unless you simultaneously balance another piece at the opposite pole with the care of Indiana Jones at the very beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark. ...
