This Dr. Who music is by far the best of all Dr. Who music. Yes it is synthesized, but it is composed as a synth orcrastra rather than just a few slopped together instruments like most synth music today(and the Sly McCoy trash). This is every bit as good if not better than the classic DW music. It was done as classic music, only modernized by synth and then given a space-opra feel for the times.
