Editorial Review:
Product Description: Bill Preston and Ted Logan are two totally excellent dudes facing one most heinous history exam. With the help of Rufus an ultra-cool messenger in a time traveling phone booth, the triumphant twosome bag a bevy of historical heavy weights like the Bodacious Philosopher Socrates, One Very Excellent Barbarian Genghis Kahn, the Short Dead Dude Napoleon and Noah's Wife Joan of Arc to stage the most hysterical high school project ever. History's about to be rewritten by two guys who can't even spell.
Amazon.com: Like, radical, dude--but not nearly as funny as it should be, even though it was a box-office hit. Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are a pair of dim Valley boys, whose life is made heinous by a school history project. Enter George Carlin as a futuristic dude with a time-traveling phone booth. So Bill and Ted go back in time to round up a gang of historical figures (Socrates, Joan of Arc) to bring back for their presentation. Abe Lincoln at the mall? That's about as witty as it gets, rendering this the kind of comedy that gives teenaged audiences a bad name. --Marshall Fine

This was no bogus buy, but in reality a most triumphant deal! The price was most excellent as well =]

I've probably watched this movie five times. I laugh every time! The acting of Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter is so down to earth... these guys are not the sharpest tacks in the room, but they make use of what they have to work with a futuristic George Carlin to bring piece and balance to the universe.
All they have to do is to learn to play music (and, of course, pass their history course).
I've got (I admit) a VHS tape, and you certainly want to get a DVD or other digital ... Read More

There is only one word to describe this most excellent movie: Excellent! *air guitar*. NOthing beats this hilarious movie about two high-school slackers. This is hands down the funnest, funniest pair of friends ever. If only there was a pair as lovable and hilarious as this in our high schools, High School would be a lot better for most of us.
Not to mention all of the kick-@$$ one-liners abound. "Those are Historical Babes", "You Gotta Have A poker Face, like me", "69 Dudes!", "excellent!". ... Read More

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure was a film I saw at the drive-in when I was little and I loved this silly comedy to pieces. Even back then Keanu Reeves stood out, you knew he was gonna be a big star, Alex Winter... he didn't have the same luck. This film is dumb but funny, the late George Carlin stars in this as well. This comedy is totally righteous, check it out dudes!
