Recorded in the early 1960s, this rare EP was put out on disc by Rhino in the early 1980s. It features Larry, Moe, and Curly Joe DeRita butchering familiar yule tunes with alternate lyrics and intentional off-key singing. Truth was that the Stooges were accomplished singers; but as with Lucille Ball and her singing and dancing, it's funnier if the performance is bad. If one can find this 12" EP or cassette at a reasonable price, it's worth adding to your wacky Christmas music collection.
