I have to agree with the other reviewers that many great selections were left off, and some of the newer ones aren't as good. I also have to add, what's the point? These songs collected on this cd are about all sorts of subjects in a completely random order. I was searching for an audio cd of specific educational categories, which apparently they did have some time ago (but are now only available used, at premium scalper prices!!). I bought this for my son and he has learned a lot of this Cd. He learned to Multiply and his grammer. This is a great learning tool! Catchy songs and easy to learn.

This was one of the best purchases from Amazon yet! The kids love the songs and continually watch "their favorites." I also purchased the CD for the car and they (we)listen to it constantly! I love it because I watched School House Rock as a kid - and discovered I still remember the songs. New current songs have been added for today's living too.Schoolhouse Rock! I bought this for my daughter. She memorized every song. I am pretty sure it played a fun role in her learning.

I remember when I was in elementary school I had a lot of trouble with my 3's in multiplication. Then I was introduced to the song "Three is the magic number" and it helped tremendously!! I highly recommend this CD! SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK ROCKS!!!!
