I actually bought the CD for a friend, and she let me listen to it.
I, of course, had heard the artist's name, but not his music. I was favorably impressed. You could understand all the lyrics and I liked his voice. I would recommend this CD to everyone that likes the gentle side of "country" music.

Bought this CD after a chance encounter with John. He was a cool guy so I bought his greatest hits. Very enjoyable music. Country fans should really like this one.

Although only 5 albums with MCA he recorded at least 10 in total. My first recollection of John was in when I had the pleasure of seeing him perform live as an opening act for Reba McEntire in 1987. In 1988 I purchased his cassette of Too Good To Stop Now. Low Class Reunion was my favorite from that project.
