So i decided to check out Barbra stresiand's discography after hearing american idol alum jennifer hudson do a excellent cover of one her songs, plus we played one of her songs in band and we all thought it was too old school. Anyway, this as to be her best attempt at r and b. Alot of the songs give me chills, and have excellent vocals. I find that this has to be one of her best works! I wanted to write a review, of this, my latest Barbra discovery. But so much has been said, and so well, that really, what's the point. But I'm gunna make it anyway. If you're reading this you already know Barbra rocks, and she never did it better than in the 70s: 'Stony End' and 'Butterfly' being two standouts. Barbra recorded and released this album shortly after A Star is Born became one of the most successful albums and movies of her career. Due to that success, she decided to stick to a similar sound the second time around, with a few of these songs even being intended for the film originally. The results is one of her best albums.

A great voice in a one of her best albums for the seventies.My heart belongs to me is a very good song but my favourite song is the superman..great vocals..i love it so much,melody and lyrigs are heartfelt..i'm going to dance to it in december when i'm getting married..for sure..
