A group of people are over and conversation gets slow .. this CD is great! Put it on and be the MC. Ask who knows what TV show the theme song came from. It works everytime. The interaction starts along with memories, conversation and fun for all ages! It's outrageous how many kids have watched these shows on reruns. A great CD.

Once again this set would have been great if they could have used all original themes from the TV shows presented here. Unfortunately, there are a few that have been re-recorded for various reasons. It's hard to complain when your getting 65 themes in one collection, but the only reason anyone would want these themes is to have the original.

If you are a product of the sixties- and grew up a tv junkie- then this is for you. Memories that may have slipped to the back of your brain will reappear after you listen to the themes from the 50s and 60s. My wife and I listened to it all the way through and it was like being a kid again. The Courtship of Eddie's Father was one of my favorites. I have had this since it came out, they are the original themes. The only 'surprises' are for shows that had different versions of the themes, usually then they choose the less familiar version (unfortunately). Still, completely awesome.
