This is short and sweet. The amount of detail, NPC characters for good and bad, the maps, and the over all feel of this book make it one of the best I have ever purchased.
In some ways when your reading about the parts of downtown Freedom City, it is almost like reading a flier to where ever your going with your family on vacation.
I'm a huge fan of RPGs, I play/run 4 on table top myself. By far this scheme of design is the most engrossing and fulfilling out of all.

To say that this book goes into detail on the inner workings of the largest setting in the game is an understatement of mammoth proportions. The book opens up with the history of Freedom City, with a detailed history of the city covering nearly 300 years, with information about the site going all the way back to prehistoric times.
