First of all, let's get the positives out of the way. The author is clearly passionate about his subject matter: he honestly believes his ideas, which is always a big plus. Second, he's kind of right about his central (non-conspiratorial) premise. Let's sum up.
1. If you disparage the original 1978 Battlestar Galactica, you're "obviously" part of the Secret Conspiracy to destroy its reputation.
2. If you like the new BSG, you're obviously insane, stupid, brainwashed, and/or part of the Stealth Marketing machine designed to promote that "obviously" abominable production and further denigrate the original.

The fact that both Mario G. Morales and Mark Andrew Roberts can be vouched for by anyone working at Universal Studios indicates that these two employees of Universal Studios need to cease pretending to be legitimate purchasers of this book, and cease defending Universal Studios against this book in bogus book reviews.
