Now this is a very interesting and informative book about the tv series, Lost. I would recommend it readily.

I love this show, its the best on TV. I've also found this book to be very good also. Now I'm going back and watching all the seasons over to find secrets and clues that I may have missed.
One of the things LOST introduced me to was the Twilight Zone which J.J. Abrams was inspired. Besides this book, I recommend one other also on Amazon.com. THE TWILIGHT ZONE: Unlocking the Door to a Television Classic by Martin Grams. Together, both books open the skies for cult television.

A very interesting read, however, it only talks about first 3 seasons of the show and having seen the 4th already, it's not as helpful.

I was ready for a fun, factoid-filled, gossipy look at my favorite TV program, "Lost." Instead, "Lost's Buried Treasures" turned out to be an uninteresting exploration of mind-bogglingly dull and boring minutia. I can't recommend this to anyone other than the most devoted (and serious) "Lost" scholar.

This is probably the best book written about Lost and the many easter eggs embedded in the show. Reads much like the Lost wiki, you can easily look up a book or movie reference from the show and get a general idea of what it is all about. I recommend this guide above all others for serious Lost fans.
