After reading the book and putting it into practice one will experience peace. Tao Te Ching was written 500 years before Jesus.

Pretty heavy reading but makes alot of sense. Its hard to believe something written so long ago can still be applied to our lives today. Would highly recommend this book.

Wayne Dyer is one of those people who is like a good friend and a kind father. He has something for everyone. The TAO never fails. Even when you try to wriggle out of the truths...sorry, doesn't work. I use this book as a reference tool when I'm looking for a new idea or exercise, or am working on a problem.
