Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect Batman stories!!
AMAZING!! This is easily one of the best Batman books ever. It collects the Red Rain, Bloodstorm, and Crimson Mist stories, each one improving on the last. Red Rain starts off a little slow, never completely drawing you in. Bloodstorm picks up right afterwards and makes you glad you bought it. Crimson Mist will absolutely blow you away, given the context of the two previous stories. As you read, the art evolves into something very primal, the storytelling expands to show you things you've always ...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Very cool story!
This book collects the three separate stories of the vampiric Batman trilogy. With a great story written by Doug Moench and killer artwork by Kelly Jones, this book is a must-have for fans of Batman. One of the most fun, yet dark Batman stories ever written, this one is not for kids. Also, note that this is an Elseworlds tale, so it is not set in regular continuity and all of the characters are darker versions of their regular-continuity selves.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Batman: Vampire the graphic novel
A graphic novel that combines the three Elseworld stories Batman & Dracula: Red Rain, Batman: Bloodstorm, and Batman: Crimson Mist.

A good read that deals with interesting questions and situations for the characters. If you're a Batman/vampire fan you'll most likely enjoy this.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - An Entertaining Tale Spun From a Hokey Concept
If you told me that a story about Batman vs. Dracula could be a decent graphic novel, let alone a series of graphic novels spanning a couple of hundred pages, I would have said you were mad. The strangest thing about this collection, however, is how seriously Doug Moench takes the concept.

Rather than a superficial battle of a superhero and a vampire horde, Moench spins an entire alternate Gotham City out of the concept. Many of the villains are different, including a werewolf-like Catwoman. ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Gothic Gotham!
Kelley Jones is a revolutionary albeit controversial Batman artist. While his work may not have been the most appropriate for mainstream batman titles, he was picture perfect for Elseworld's, where literally anything goes. This book collects the Batman/Dracula trilogy. The art is brilliant, and pure Jones. The man does horror like no other, and each page grows darker than the next. You are dragged into a whole other world. Jones' Batman is terrifying. The pairing of Jones and Moench has brought us some ... Read More
