Product Description: Damon Lindelof, co-creator of the hit TV series LOST teams with superstar artist Leinil Francis Yu to bring their storytelling magic to a tale that will rock the Ultimate Universe! Dr. Bruce Banner has been presumed dead since his execution, following his murderous rampage through Manhattan as the Hulk. But when reports start cropping up of an unidentified creature appearing around the globe, Nick Fury begins to get worried. Not because Banner can turn from man to unstoppable monster in seconds...but because Banner's existence is the one secret that can bring down Fury. Fury turns to the only man he can trust: Wolverine. And he's only too glad to take care of Banner - by any means necessary! Collects Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk #1-6.

Wolverine and the Hulk have been at odds since, well, since Wolverine first started appearing in comics, making his debut in the old Incredible Hulk series back in the 70s. Well, even in the Ultimate universe, some things just never change. I enjoyed Ultimate Wolverine Vs Hulk even though it's not the most dynamic of stories. At it's core, Wolverine Vs. Hulk has a very basic plot. It hurt to wait as long as we all did for this story to finally finish and I'd like to say it was well worth it but by the end, it was just OK in my opinion. Beautiful art by Yu but the story kinda drifts as far as the introduction of the She-Hulk character and seeing a headless Wolverine holding a conversation with Nick Fury... What?

Seemed like this book took forever to finally get done but it's worth the wait. It is definitly a stand alone story in the Ultimate Universe but it's one of its better one's. Great action and pretty humerous. The one huge negative is the introduction of the Ultimate She-Hulk. Could have done without it.
