The graphic novel is what it says on the cover - a Noir reinterpretation of Spiderman. This one doesn't stray as far as, say the X-Men noir interpretation, but does serve the purpose. I found it entertaining enough to be worth getting, and David Hine turns out a good story as usual. It's an amusing diversion but you'll have to decide whether it's worth the money for the size of the story (this is a collection of only 4 issues).
