I'm really enjoying Brubaker's Captain America run but this collection was a little too short. Maybe the Red Menace arc should have been all in one trade? Regardless I enjoyed the re-reeducation of Sin and learned alot about her and think she could be come a very good villain for Cap. As usual, the art was fantastic. Overall, just a little light on the page count side.

It's a great story that leads up into Civil War. If you're wanting to keep up with Captain America story, this gives the back story that keeps on going. A good read.

I hadn't been too impressed with Ed Brubaker's run on Captain America since the title was relaunched (his resurrection of the long dead Bucky sent collective groans down readers backs heard across the world), but Red Menace ends up being better than what he's already delivered before it.
