You have to ask yourself this question: "How can whale trainers get a 1500 lb whale to do what they want when I can't get a 150 lb male to do what I want?" It's all about how you say what you say. Words have such a deep effect on us and this book proves that. I've had mothers tell me that by using the methods in this book they can get their teenagers (especially male teenagers) to get things done. I have discovered it only works when you use it. I love these CDs!! They are very inspiring even if you are not the boss. They explain rather simply a positive way to dealing with people at work and in relationships. Accentuate the POSITIVE and redirect bad behavior. When your employees are happy then it makes you job that much easier too.

Whale Done! : The Power of Positive Relationships
This is a great book that can have an immediate impact on your relationships both at work and at home. I highly recommend it for any one with children (especially teens) or supervisory responsibilities. But it can even help you with your peer relationships. I've been using it with my 14 yr old son and even he has noticed a difference in the way I respond to him.
