This book is a timeless, enduring children's classic. I have been reading this to my two year old granddaughter, Carolina Skye. Everytime I ask her to bring me a story to read to her, this is the one she chooses. She refers to it as "The Just Right Book!" This book is now a new favorite on my 2 year old's list. He loves the story and now has it partially memorized, I think. He has learned the concepts of too hot, too cold, and just right; as well as big, medium, and small. Hopefully he is learning from this classic story not to repeat the fresh behavior of Goldilocks. My grandchildren and I have "talked about" the three bears for a long time...so I finally found this "Little Golden Book" and now we can read the story. They love for me to read it to them and truly enjoy the illustrations. They say always say the lines the bears speak in their own version of bear voices !! I am not sure who enjoys these readings more...my grandchildren or me.
