This second volume of the manga is awesome; the manga moves much faster than the anime , but the important comic scenes and action are still there. This series provides a great mix of drama, action, comedy and a little romance. More importantly the Gundams are even cooler than ones in the first Seed series!! This series is visually appealing, but also has substance.

While Iwase's SEED manga series isn't really canon, they're still a refreshing look at the series, which makes some liberties in changeing and reorganizing events. Although one change did disturb me, Yuna and Cagalli grew up as cousins (even though as we learned in SEED, Cagalli wasn't born from royal family, she was taken in later and therefore can't be Yuna's real cousin) so as far as Orb's public knows, they are two cousins preparing to marry each other in an attempt to show strength and unity ...
